You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed successfully. If you need help, you can contact us directly and we’ll be happy to guide you through the process. 

 

Payment and Shipping

 

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as secure online payment methods. Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. Standard UK delivery usually takes 3–5 working days, while international orders may take longer depending on location. If you need your jewellery sooner, please get in touch to arrange express shipping.

We hope you’ll love your jewellery, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unworn items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Please note that custom or personalised pieces are non-refundable. To start a return, simply contact us and we’ll provide the details.

To keep your jewellery looking its best, we recommend removing pieces before showering, swimming, or exercising, as water and chemicals can dull the finish over time. Avoid spraying perfumes or applying lotions directly onto your jewellery. When not being worn, store your pieces in a soft pouch or jewellery box to prevent scratches. A gentle polish with a soft cloth will help maintain the shine.

Gift Orders & Packaging

 

Yes, our jewellery makes a beautiful gift. All pieces come in branded packaging, and we can add a personalised gift message on request. If you’d like us to send an item directly to the recipient, just let us know at checkout.

Repairs and Warranty

 

All our jewellery is carefully checked before being sold to ensure it is of good quality. As our pieces are pre-loved, natural signs of age and wear are part of their character. If an item arrives damaged or not as described, we will offer a refund or replacement. General wear and tear over time is not covered, but we can advise on care and maintenance.
