We take reasonable care to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography and screen settings. Where an item is described as pre loved, any signs of age or wear disclosed in the product description form part of its stated condition.​

All orders are subject to availability and successful payment. After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. A contract is formed when we accept and dispatch your order. We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be confirmed or an obvious pricing error has occurred. Any payment received will be refunded.

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling. Any applicable taxes will be included in the price unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed. Payments are processed securely through our chosen payment providers. We do not store complete payment card details.​

Orders are normally dispatched within 2 to 3 working days. UK delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days after dispatch. International delivery usually takes 5 to 15 working days, depending on the destination and customs processing. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. This does not affect your legal rights. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges applied by the destination country. Orders remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you or to someone you have nominated to receive them. Further information is available on our Shipping and Returns page.

You have 14 days from the day after receiving your order to tell us that you wish to cancel and return it. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back. Items should be unworn, undamaged and returned with their original packaging where reasonably possible. We may reduce a refund if an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it and its value has been reduced. Customers are responsible for change of mind return postage. We recommend retaining proof of postage. To arrange a return, email contact@timelessjewellery.net with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will provide the return address and instructions.

Refunds will be made through the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or evidence that it has been posted, whichever happens first. A change of mind refund will include the item price and the cost of standard delivery. Any additional amount paid for express or premium delivery will not be refunded. Exchanges are subject to availability.​

Earrings supplied in sealed hygiene packaging cannot be returned after the hygiene seal has been broken, unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described. Custom made or personalised items cannot be returned because of a change of mind. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

We are responsible for supplying products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Please contact us if an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. We will arrange an appropriate refund, repair or replacement and cover reasonable return postage where applicable.

If an order is delayed or appears to be missing, please contact us. We will contact the delivery provider and work with you to locate the parcel or arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Unless otherwise stated, the text, images, logos and original content on this website belong to Timeless Jewellery. They must not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without written permission.​

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. This includes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence and your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed or for business losses arising from a purchase made for personal use.​

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.​​

We may update these terms when necessary. The terms that apply to an order will be those displayed when the order was placed.​

These terms are governed by Scottish law. Customers retain any mandatory consumer protections that apply where they live.
